*Dodgers have promoted Mickey Moniak to Buxton's roster spot, and will place Lamet on the IL.  Luis Oviedo is on my spreadsheet twice, so this should give me 2 open minor league spots.

LAD had quite a few outfielders on our hands and we're willing to cross our fingers that Lamet avoided TJS #2.  If so, he's a borderline ace.  Grabbing a couple of solid MI prospects along the way helps offset trading a bat for an arm.  Over to Kevaughn.

I've been looking to pick up a bat recently and Buxton clearly brings a lot to the table. Man is made of glass and reportedly has a tight hammy as I type (fingers crossed), so Lamet was an important piece to build around considering his own injury risk. Both guys have crazy upside, but one is breaking out now while the other hasn't thrown an inning for my team yet, so a little trade grease on the back end of this felt fair to me.
