TB Logic:
This caps off a flurry of trades for me to reinforce my pitching depth over the past 24 hours. I’ve had a couple SP go down with injuries so I reached out to Colin about Arrighetti and we quickly struck up this deal. I hate to move Cross so quickly after just acquiring him, especially with him being in the midst of a breakout season, but gotta give to get and I hope that Arrighetti can help me down the stretch this season.

Although I'm afraid I'm giving away a potential star, Arrighetti is not quite that yet and I could be getting another in Cross. The draft pick helps me hedge going forward if Cross doesn't work out as I hope he does. I don't want to be stuck in a perpetual rebuild, but this is a risk worth taking for a year or two down the road.
