Trading away deGrom is a bit risky with him set to possibly come back before too long, but his contract would most likely be expired by the time I'm able to compete. This trade gives me 2 top 100 prospects to help hopefully turn things around quickly. Over to the Yankees to confirm.

Yankees agree. Most players of deGrom’s age on that contract would have negative value, and deGrom most likely will have negative value too, but there is a chance he is superhuman and I’m yoloing on that. Great to meet Dustin and glad we could come to a balanced deal which hopefully can work well for both sides!
