I’ve always been fond of Romero, having seen his 1st career HR in person back in 2022. But when I saw Walt’s hot stove post, I reached out. Tough to move a promising prospect for a RP, but Hoffman is coming off a strong season, so I am hoping he can carry over his success to his 1-year deal here. The draft pick throw in sealed the deal.
