I've been looking to move Taillon for some controllable youth. Acuna checks that box. He's a highly touted prospect on every list I've seen, & he has a lot of tools. If he can be at least half as good as Ronald, I'd probably be happy lol. Should be fun to watch his development. Weathers & Pearson will apply some controllable P depth; both guys are still young enough to hopefully piece things together. The pick upgrade sealed it. I'm happy with this return.

Jays confirm. With this being my first full season I pretty much need to build my rotation from scratch. Taillon should provide decent depth at a reasonable price. Schreiber is a solid bullpen piece. Acuna may come back to haunt me but is the price that needs to be paid. Fun chat with Jonathon on this deal
