Braves Trade:
- Kenley Jansen, RP (BOS): 1 Year/$2.5M
- Will Smith, RP (TEX): 1 Year/$700K
- Aroldis Chapman, RP (TEX): 2 Year/$1.5M
Rational: I wanted to bulk up my bullpen heading into the playoffs. I may (probably will) regret trading Luciano next year, but adding three quality late inning guys was too much to pass up on. Farmer ends up being a cap casualty at this point, but I feel like I have the depth on the offensive side to take the hit. Easy discussions with Josh and over to him to confirm!
