Saying goodbye to a bunch of prospects I really like in order to lock up a really nice dynasty asset in Cruz. Cruz is a great talent…but we are strapped for organizational depth with hitters. When injuries mount and you’ve got no organizational depth you need to find answers. This trade offers me a lot of flexibility and brings back a couple of prospects that are really close to the majors that I’m really excited about…plus Montesario gives me immediate depth.
