Giants put Torres on the block for a controllable MLB player. In this 3 team trade, Peralta was exactly what I wanted if I were to move Torres. Ben Brown was needed to get this deal across the finish line. Great and easy talks with both GMs Zack and Colin. Over to them to confirm.

I was adamant that I was going to hold on to Peralta to flip him during the season as a controllable, cost effective starter.
