Kolten Wong MI SEA 2023: $4.25m 2024: $4.25m (retaining $3.25m/year. He was originally signed for $8.5m/year)

MIN sends:

Kevin Newman MI CIN 2023: $2.9M 2024: arb 3
Matt Allan P NYM milb

Taking a downgrade at my MI spot but gaining a chance to see if Allan can bounce back this year after his injury. This also clears a little cap space. Over to Judge to confirm.

I needed a more reliable option at MI and Wong should provide more production over the next two seasons than Newman. I may be kicking myself if Allan stays healthy this season and looks like he did before the injuries. But ultimately, I've got another share of him and don't want to put all of my eggs in his basket.
