Lets just crack all these out in one night shall we ATL Braves send: Max Fried $ 12,100,000 Arb 4 Bryson Stott $ 850,000 $ 850,000 Arb 1 Arb 2 Arb 3 TB Rays send: Frankie Montas $ 7,650,000 Tyler O'Neill $ 4,950,000 Arb 3 Domingo Acevedo $ 850,000 $ 850,000 Arb 1 Arb 2 Arb 3 I feel as though Tyler O'Neill is a far higher ceiling and floor offensive piece compared to Stott and although Fried is a step above Montas, I am banking on the contract year and having being more comfortable in pinstripes to lead to a very strong campaign. A bit of bullpen help continues to address my biggest weakness from last season. I love betting on a contract year!! Thanks Bailey for chats and he will confirm.

Tampa Bay confirms.
I feel like my starting pitching is what mainly killed me in the ALCS both years of this league (and also John's SPs being really good), so adding a high-floor, borderline-ace like Fried was intriguing. Outfield is my weakest position depth-wise, and I think O'Neill can be a beast if he regains his 2021 form, so moving him was tough to do. But I think Stott can get 20+ SB with the new rules, and I like the extra three years of control I get with him versus O'Neill. Though Stott will be one of 10 middle-infielders on my active roster, so I envision he or one of my other infielders may be moved this off-season for outfield and/or pitching help.
Great chats with Matt as always, thank you and good luck!
