Well with all the blockbusters going down IRL I had to get in on the action.. Me and Kevaghn worked this for a whiiiiiile and finally came to common ground on a deal with are both happy with. I am giving up a cornerstone for my franchise with an eye on the future, gaining my franchise tag back in the process.

Freddie Freeman is as good as ever, and ultimately, I just couldn't pass him up. These contracts can be tough, inflexible assets, but I imagine Freeman will be worth the cost and tag even heading into his mid-30s. Kyle Wright is also having a surprisingly great year so I'm happy to see what he can do -- hope he can keep it up!
