Essentially buying a lottery ticket in Carrillo. Given his command/control issues, there's a very strong likelihood he ends up in the pen but I'm taking a chance that he might be able to make some strides there and stick as a starter, or at least make it as a serviceable late-inning reliever. *Rangers roster move to follow to make space*.
