Cincinnati Trades:
Cesar Hernandez, MI WAS - $10M in 22, the free agent
Milwaukee Trades:
Phil Bickford, RP LAD - $600k in 22, $750k in 23, and 3 years of arbitration to follow
Cincinnati has done well bringing in middle infielders this offseason and Cruz will be playing at some point this season for the Pirates. Hernandez became a more expendable piece and one with a higher price tag. I like his landing spot in Washington, but this allows us to make other moves during the year while also stock piling even more relief pitchers to our already stacked arsenal.
