Baltimore Trades:

Trey Mancini, CI BAL - $8M (Estimate of final arbitration year)


Cincinnati loved bringing in Malone just a few days ago, but with the Seager deal and needing to cut Votto, a CI was too desperate a need to ignore. Adon could be a serviceable starter this season and Malone has sky high potential (underrated in my opinion), but Mancini is an instant starter and beefs up my platoon that currently sits with Yandy Diaz, Darin Ruf, Leury Garcia, and Kyle Farmer.....

Reds will demote Nick Mears in order to make room on the MLB roster for Mancini.

Confirmed. I am still unreasonably high on Malone and I liked what I saw from Adon last year. Mancini didn't fit my window of contention anymore, so I am glad he found a good home.
