TB sends: Xavier Edwards, SS (TB) - Prospect Shane Baz, P (TB) - Prospect Brent Honeywell, P (TB) - Prospect
STL sends: Dylan Carlson, OF (STL) - 21: $0.5M, 22: $0.6M, 23: $0.75M; 24-26: ARB Nolan Gorman, 3B (STL) - Prospect
TB logic: Probably my biggest trade here so far. I was looking to sure up my MLB roster, and I feel like Carlson helps me with that. I like him a lot since I got several live looks at him in Palm Beach in 2018. I think he has a high floor to be a 20/10 contributor. And I will be tuned into the NL Central this upcoming season with Carlson, Castellanos, and Happ constructing my outfield. Then there is Gorman, another Palm Beach alum. The dude has insanely good power potential, but needs to refine his approach to make it matter. My minors system is heavier on MI than CI, so I figured it could be worth it to move Edwards here. Very tough to move the 3 guys I am trading away though - I feel like Baz and Honeywell both have legit ace upside, and Edwards can be a future SB leader. But have to give to get, so I feel we have assembled a mutually beneficial deal.
Was a pleasure working with Chris, as always. Thanks, and I'm looking forward to future trades.

I agree to this deal. So tough giving up 2 guys like Carlson and Gorman. Although I’m super high on Carlson, I’m huge on baz and Honeywell. I agree with Bailey that they both have ace potential. Edwards has a ton of speed so the stolen bases should be a plenty. Thanks to Bailey for working out the deal. I feel we both get great players.
