I don’t have the cash to throw around in order to bring in the solid free agent MiLB adds that everyone else is, so when Rod put out a number of MiLB guys that were for sale I leapt at the opportunity. I like Vilade but he isn’t going to be an All-Star so I knew he could get me this kind of return when the opportunity presented itself.

I confirm. Roster crunches are tough on building teams. I like everyone I have, so I don't want to lose them for nothing. Vilade is a marginal player, but I hope that I can turn the picks into something.
