TB logic:
I am looking to consolidate roster size and saw this as a good opportunity. It is tough to move the guys I am sending, especially Gomez and Williams, but I think Varsho can be special. I am hoping that he can retain his catcher eligibility for years to come.

I hate to give up Varsho but I like all of these prospects and this gives me depth and variety in my minor leagues. Smooth dealing with Bailey as usual.
