I needed to consolidate roster spots and didn't have anyone left who it would be palatable for me to release. So even though I'm giving up moreno talent than I'm receiving, at least I'm receiving something. Sabato and Urbina had unimpressive seasons but they both have some skills to work with.

The Twins confirm!

Two issues I have with my farm system is I have a number of prospects that don't really fit the mold of what I value (Sabato and Uribina fit the bill) and I have what I'd consider a pretty shallow prospect pool. This doesn't fix everything, but Cabrera & Morales give me two prospects that I feel really good about, and the other three pitchers help me bolster my farm depth a bit.
