I had been shopping my draft picks around, not sure what I was looking for. This deal struck my fancy. The point of draft picks is a chance at finding a player who reaches the heights of Medina, at least in terms of skillset and potential. I give up two reasonably high chances for a guy who is already there.

I like Medina but I also like a couple guys that I think will be available at pick 1.24 and I’m able to add a second rounder. I’ve traded a lot of prospects since the beginning of last season so I like that I’ve been able to add some picks in my last 2 trades. Good luck to Todd
