TB Logic:
Since I am going to be without Glasnow this season, I wanted to acquire another dependable SP. Wheeler fits the bill. Really tough moving Lowe here. He is my best prospect and I like his power/speed combo. But since I'm all-in, I figured it could be worth it to make the move. I am also sending 3 RP. Tough to tap into my bullpen depth but I am hoping I can replenish it in the long-run.
