A new GM means new opportunities on certain players.  Balazovic and Acosta are 2 prospects from Minnesota's system that I placed a lot of value on as I look to make my roster more sustainable.

These trades were more moves to rebuild my pitching staff. I probably gave up more value than I got back, but I don't absolutely love either prospect I gave up, and in return I get a number of guys to help bolster my pitching staff. Gibson, Floro and Sulser help bring some short-term stability, while the other five pitchers give me a good amount of dart throws that could be ready to contribute over the next couple of years.
