To call up and send down players between your 40 man salaried roster and your 20 man minors roster, reply to the thread with your team name and post as follows:
"Send down" or "Call up"
"Jo Adell, OF (LAA)"
- You may post multiple players in the same post if you are doing multiple moves or swapping one player for another. No need to post multiple posts...in fact that is more confusing.
- Keep in mind that you have unlimited moves during the offseason, but during the season you can only call up a player 3 times. See the constitution for more information.
