The Mariners and the Rays have agreed to the following trade:


The Mariners send:
Kendall Graveman, RP (SEA) - $500,000 (FA in 22)
Adam Ottavino, RP (BOS - $2,200,000 (2,200,000 in 22)

The Rays send:
Blake Hunt, C (TB) - Prospect
Lyon Richardson, P (CIN) - Prospect


Mariners agree to the trade. We are all but officially out of playoff contention, so no need to keep some bullpen arms around, espically one with an expiering contract. I really like what i see from Hunt, and if Richardson can cut down on the walks he could be a very useful pitcher someday. Ottavino has been up and down, and Graveman has been real fun to watch.

Tampa Bay confirms.

I am all-in this year, so it is helpful to shore up my bullpen even more. I am hoping Graveman and Otto can be difference makers for me. I love Hunt but since I have Varsho and Herrera at C, I was okay with trading him. I also really like Richardson, have him in all 4 of my dynasty leagues, but my goal is winning in 2021, so that's why I am making this move.
